This just popped up in my feed, so I'll have to read the previous chapters for the full effect, but on its own, this chapter is quite poignant. Technically speaking, it's nearly perfect, with some very minor tense and quotation errors (where periods should be commas; twice, I think) Tonally, very somber, with Mikey's bit being uplifting and tension-releasing, though not 100%, which is probably a good place for you to be at the end of the chapter. Characterization seems on point, Splinter aside (because I'll have to see what you're doing with him). Leo and Raph's concern for each other is touching; their dedication for each other really shines through, and Don knowing Raph is going to have issues if he doesn't talk about being raped is not only astute (albeit painful) but an excellent teaching point for readers. All in all, excellent, and I'll have to check out the rest.
